PRONTO

Upload: open the folder, click + Add files , then drag files or a whole folder (its structure is kept) or browse. Up to 500 files per folder; they go straight to encrypted storage.
Import from Drive: click Import from Drive , browse the team Shared Drive, and tick files or whole folders. Pronto copies them in the background and mirrors the structure 1:1; a live counter shows progress and files appear as they land.
